HX-138 was a Shadow Trooper that was active during the Galactic Civil War on the planet Dathomir.

At some point after the end of the Clone Wars and the fall of the Galactic Republic, HX-138 was enlisted into the Galactic Empire's stormtrooper corps and she would, by the time of the Battle of Yavin, obtain the rank of Shadow Commander.
As well as being a Shadow Trooper, HX-138 was also identified as an Imperial Spec Ops Officer, which was a high positioned rank in the Imperial Army. She was also rumored to be a Darktrooper, but she claimed these rumors false.
Project: Blackwing[]
Following the Battle of Yavin, HX-138 would be put in charge over an Imperial Bioweapons camp on the planet Dathomir during the Galactic Civil War. During her time there, an Imperial virus known as Project Blackwing, or The Sickness, was released into the base she was in command of, turning many of the Stormtroopers under her command very sick, that is until they became zombies. Following this, HX-138 would fight the undead Stormtroopers along with other survivors, such as GT-643, and eventually escape the planet, returning to the Imperial capital on Coruscant.
